Bloodlines 2 Refund FAQ
Which products and editions are being refunded?
Edition: First Blood
Can I keep my pre-order? Yes, the First Blood Edition remains and you can keep your pre-order. You do not have to take any action for this.
Can I get a refund? Yes, if you send in a request to the store where you pre-ordered you can get a refund.
Edition: Unsanctioned
Can I keep my pre-order? Yes, the Unsanctioned Edition remains and you can keep your pre-order. You do not have to take any action for this.
Can I get a refund? Yes, if you send in a request to the store where you pre-ordered you can get a refund.
Edition: Blood Moon
Can I keep my pre-order? Yes, the Blood Moon Edition remains and you can keep your pre-order. You do not have to take any action for this.
Can I get a refund? Yes, if you send in a request to the store where you pre-ordered you can get a refund.
Edition: Collector’s Edition
Can I keep my pre-order? No, all Collector’s Edition pre-orders are being refunded.
Can I get a refund? Yes, all Collector’s Edition pre-orders are being refunded.
Edition: Other Physical Products
Can I keep my pre-order? No, all physical product pre-orders are being refunded.
Can I get a refund? Yes, all other physical product pre-orders are being refunded
Why are you refunding all physical products?
With the bonus content being updated, the prior physical edition offered items that are no longer representative of the game. This includes the Collector’s Edition created and sold by DPA Merchandising GmbH(formerly Gaya Entertainment GmbH), and all physical versions of the First Blood edition, Unsanctioned edition and Blood Moon edition disc.
I want a refund, what should I do?
To get a request a refund, please see below for the processes for the most common digital stores. All requested refunds are subject to the refund policies of respective store.
Collector’s Edition. If you pre-ordered the Collector’s Edition, you will be contacted by DPI Merchandising GmbH (formerly Gaya Entertainment GmbH) via email. If you haven’t received an email by the 14th of June 2023, please reach out to VampireBloodlines2CE@plaion.com
Paradox Plaza (purchases BEFORE 18th June 2019) If you pre-ordered via Paradox Plaza, please follow the instructions below:
Go to support.paradoxplaza.com
Click sign in at the top right corner and sign in with the Paradox account that made the pre-order
Click Open Ticket
Select Refund request in the drop-down menu and fill out the information
Wait for us to get back to you!
Paradox Plaza (purchases 18th June 2019 or later) If the order was placed on or after 2019-06-18 (you can check this on your account page) please contact our payment provider Xsolla as they will help you with your refund.
All you need to do is go to their helpdesk, create an account with the same email that made the purchase and once you're logged in you'll see all purchases ever made. It can take up to an hour for the list to populate after creating your account so please try again later if you can't see your order. Simply click on the payment details and fill out the form for a refund request.
Steam If you’ve pre-ordered via Steam, please send a ticket via Steam's support center to request a refund.
GOG If you’ve pre-ordered via GOG, please follow the steps on GOG's support center to request a refund.
Epic Games If you’ve pre-ordered via Epic Games, please follow the steps on Epic Games' support center to request a refund.
Others If you pre-ordered via another store, please contact their support.
When will you add information about the content in First Blood and Blood Moon editions?
We will share information about what each edition contains before resuming pre-orders. Following the standard refund policies of our resellers, most platforms will allow for refunds during the entire pre-order period in case you are not satisfied with the added content.
Who is developing Vampire The Masquerade: Bloodlines 2?
The team has been hard at work creating the vampire game you are eager to play and we’re excited to announce the studio in September.
When will Vampire The Masquerade: Bloodlines 2 be released?
We can’t announce the release date just yet, but we will share more information about the launch in September this year. Stay tuned to our social channels for all the latest updates.
What happens to the blood points I collected on the previous website?
The blood points collection has been canceled, but we have stored the blood points connected to your Paradox account and will get back to you this year with information on updated rewards. You are able to login and see your current score here.
Payments to Russia
Due to the current sanctions against Russia, we are unable to guarantee any refunds and/or payments to Russian customers.
